
Accenture acquires TalentSprint, a deep tech education firm

As part of the deal, Accenture LearnVantage will be joined by around 210 professionals from Hyderabad-based TalentSprint. "The acquisition will bolster Accenture LearnVantage’s ability to drive growth through key university certifications and high-impact bootcamps, creating trained talent pools for enterprises and governments," the company said in a release.
Learning programmes are offered by TalentSprint to emerging and experienced professionals in partnership with top-tier academic institutions and leading enterprise technology providers.Talent Sprint was established in 2009 and offers industry- relevant programs through partnerships with top enterprise technology providers and esteemed academic institutions, such as the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), and International Institutes of Information Technology(IITs). Through boot camps, certificates, and e-degrees, TalentSprint offers its programs to students at various career phases and its significant benefits, enabling them to develop competence in disruptive technologies and cutting-edge management fields.
Its Programs cover a wide range of management topics, including AI data, data science, cyber security, chip design, semiconductor technologies, digital transformation, sustainability, and Leadership.“The addition of Talent Sprint further boosts our ability to meet our clients' demand for training, helping their people gain the essential technology skills in emerging areas needed to reinvent their organizations and achieve greater business value,” Kishore Durg, global lead of Accenture Learn Vantage, was quoted as saying in the release.
The need for specialized technological skills at scale is increasing in India, according to Accenture's India business lead Saurabh Kumar Sahu, as businesses step up their attempts to undergo digital transformation and Global Capability Centers (GCCs) develop into centers for R&D, innovation, and engineering.
